Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, customer-first store and leadSales Associates in the absence of the Store Manager. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.

This role emphasizes a strong customer focus, adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures, and the ability to support management in daily store operations across all duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise; rotate displays; restock as needed and follow planograms.
• Clean store and restrooms; take out trash; maintain storefront displays.
• Open/close store under Store Manager direction; assist in Manager in their absence.
