Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and focus on customer-first service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the register, stocking merchandise, and supporting store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with some supervisory experience. The role requires physicality, ability to lift, and willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in basic math and cash register functions; handle cash accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, itemize purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; set up displays and planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; support bank deposit activities as needed.
• Open/close the store under direction of Store Manager; perform duties in absence of managers.
