Job summary

You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and manage displays. Responsibilities include cash handling, planogram compliance, and open/close duties. A high school diploma and some supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate a cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle monetary exchanges.
• Experience stocking, rotating merchandise, and maintaining clean, organized displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner, total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays following planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with sidewalk displays and trash removal.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager direction; support in absence of Store Manager.
