Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and meet needs with options.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or other issues.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions clearly and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse issues.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawer, and assist with deposits as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
