Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach a team, drive a high-performing selling environment, and manage store operations when on duty.

Responsibilities include inspiring the team, leveraging store data for decisions, and ensuring brand standards and customer experience are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff toward sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to maximize performance and customer experience.
• Open/close store when scheduled as manager on duty.
• Use store reports to inform decision making and drive store performance.
• Contribute to an inclusive, engaging store environment.
• Lead regular store meetings and communicate priorities and initiatives.
