The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. store leadership position is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in guiding the team toward sales goals and an exceptional customer experience. You will own coaching, staffing, and day-to-day operations while on duty.

You will open/close, oversee store programs, and drive performance with a focus on service, branding, and operational excellence.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivates teams and delivers excellent customer service.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic software.
