Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and drive a premier customer experience. You will support the Store Manager, coach sales teams, and ensure smooth daily execution on the floor.

Demonstrated Retail leadership, strong communication, and flexibility with hours are required. This role offers opportunities for development and advancement within a dynamic sports retailer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
