Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy and ownership, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll coach and guide a diverse team, manage daily store operations, and help ensure a smooth, organized environment that protects customers and products.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll set the tone on the floor, own store execution, and leverage retail technology to enhance service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and customer-focused solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring and training.
