Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the floor, coach the team, and own store execution. You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will open/close, manage cash, and leverage retail technology to optimize operations. The role offers growth opportunities within the Foot Locker family and a focus on culture and community engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose to keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring, onboarding, and training.
