Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor with energy, own store operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, strong coaching and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience and operations.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
