Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store in the Dallas area. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and efficient store operations while supporting the store team.

You will educate customers on product options, handle cash accurately, manage transactions, and help coach staff to meet company standards. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and services to customers that meet their needs.
• Answer telephone inquiries in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Process all transactions accurately and per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Balance individual batch receipts with store sales reports at end of day and assist with resolving over/short discrepancies.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and Company policies and procedures.
