Qualifikationen

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and key shifts.
• Support hiring tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation with management.
• Ensure all orders are processed timely and communicated to customers as needed.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds; ensure proper payment methods are used.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits as required.
