Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Brunswick, GA, is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations.

This role also takes on shift leadership in the absence of management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and a focus on efficient store processes, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently; manage outside purchase orders ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise appropriately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store, communicate Zipline messages, and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor work schedules, approve deviations, and ensure proper clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, and manage bank deposits and security systems.
• All other duties as assigned.
