Job summary

Anthropologie in Atlanta is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service, selling, and smooth daily operations. You will help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, drive performance through KPI-based goals, and mentor team members.

You will participate in opening/closing procedures, stock and visual execution, and omni-channel fulfillment, while collaborating with partners to ensure high standards and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Brand enthusiast with knowledge of Anthropologie products and store atmosphere.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming environment and drive sales using KPIs.
• Leadership + Team Management: Support training and onboarding of new hires; maintain store energy and zone management.
• Visual + Business Operations: Assist opening/closing procedures, visuals, stock, and omni fulfillment tasks.
• Communication + Relationships: Engage with teammates and leadership, solicit feedback, and contribute to team morale.
