Reclectic is opening a new store location in Kennesaw, GA and seeks a full-time Key Holder who will drive exceptional customer service and store performance. You will support leadership in daily objectives, product flow, and delivering a seamless shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, safety, and hands-on tasks to ensure a smooth operation during open hours and store activities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience
• Great communicator
• Must be comfortable on a ladder and able to lift and push more than 50lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: engage customers, promote promotions, assist with pricing and product information, support in-store pickup and loading furniture.
• Leadership + Team Management: lead store environment, adjust daily zone chart, drive sales, provide feedback and support development.
• Visual + Business Operations: maintain store standards, implement pricing/promotions, ensure cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Communication + Relationships: participate in daily meetings, maintain teamwork, assist onboarding of new hires and zone development
