Torrid in Anchorage, AK is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support the store management team, perform opening and closing duties, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will model Torrid's customer service standards, drive add-on sales, and help execute merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

The role requires flexibility for holidays, nights and weekends, plus prior specialty apparel retail management experience and leadership

Formación

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, trends and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to store management and assist with opening/closing operations.
• Sell with strong customer service to drive loyalty and add-on sales.
• Lead by example to implement merchandise strategies and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Perform register functions and manage duties when Store Management is out of the store.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
