Job summary

Torrid is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support the store management team in daily operations and to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will help drive sales, model exceptional customer service, and assist with merchandising strategies while ensuring the store environment remains inviting and well-organized.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and manage responsibilities as Manager on Duty when needed, with a flexible schedule that includes

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven leadership and sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, trends, and store needs.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store meets objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead by example in selling and customer service to build loyalty.
• Assist merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
