Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Key Holder for The Streets at Southpoint, on-site, to lead sales and team activities. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will promote a high-energy sales culture and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.

You will supervise scheduling, inventory, and product knowledge across the store, driving profitability while maintaining Psycho Bunny’s visual and service standards. The role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Flex schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build a loyal customer base through engagement and upsell.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge and train team members accordingly.
• Manage payroll controls and scheduling for profitability.
• Analyze customer profiles and buying trends to drive sales.
• Monitor loss prevention and shrink.
• Oversee inventory and physical inventory processes.
• Execute merchandise transfers and communicate opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure visual standards are followed and OSHA safety is maintained.
