Psycho Bunny in Las Vegas is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and drive sales excellence. You will lead daily operations, train and develop team members, and ensure merchandise is presented to Psycho Bunny standards.

As a driver of experience, you will manage scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention while delivering bold, customer-focused service. This on-site role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management experience required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact details.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of store team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate it to team members.
• Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to keep the store profitable.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to influence business decisions.
• Monitor loss prevention and inventory/shrink management.
• Execute merchandise transfers and ensure accurate stock handling.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Enforce visual directives and maintain Psycho Bunny store presentation.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant safety practices for staff and customers.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
