Psycho Bunny is seeking a Key Holder for Easton Town Center (on-site) to lead and elevate sales culture within a vibrant retail environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability through strategic planning and expense control.

With a focus on customer experience and product knowledge, you’ll recruit, train, and develop team members while ensuring optimal scheduling and payroll control.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsabilités

• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' contact details and email addresses.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
• Maintain own product knowledge and train Team Members to communicate it to customers.
• Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while upholding service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact business.
• Manage and monitor Loss Prevention.
• Oversee Inventory and Shrink goals; supervise Physical Inventory.
• Execute merchandise transfers and communicate opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Ensure Visual Directives are executed and store presentation meets Psycho Bunny standards.
• Maintain OSHA compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other duties as required by the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
