URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder in Delray Beach to assist the store management team in daily operations, drive sales through genuine customer connections, and uphold the brand's energetic, service-driven culture.

On the floor you will lead by example, share product knowledge, support omni-channel services (MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup), and collaborate with partners to maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy while covering flexible hours including nights,

Proven leadership experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

Actively participates as floor service leader by promoting an energetic service environment and communicating daily sales goals.
Lead by example in delivering extraordinary customer interactions and leveraging brand resources.
Deliver seamless omni-channel service with MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
Support shipment processing, restocking, and visual standards to maintain store presentation.
Uphold safety standards and inventory accuracy while following company policies.
