Marshalls in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a Key Carrier to alternate with the Coordinator role and lead store operations as needed. You will role-model exceptional customer service and act as Manager on Duty, ensuring open/close procedures and staffing alignment.

This role requires open availability nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to coach associates. 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership is preferred; competitive pay and benefits are offered.
