Marshalls at 105 Marketplace Dr, USA Marshalls Store 0335 Hampton VA is seeking a Key Carrier who alternates with the Coordinator role and leads in-store operations. The role requires open availability including nights and weekends and emphasizes exceptional customer service and coaching of Associates.

Responsibilities include supervising tasks, maintaining procedures, and supporting management to ensure the store meets its goals while upholding labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty with adherence to policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to plan and priorities.
• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management and staff.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
