Job summary

Marshalls, aTJX Companies, invites you to join as a Key Carrier. You will alternately perform Coordinator duties and step into leadership, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store procedures. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to support team coverage and store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching Associates, maintaining safety standards, and upholding policy while contributing to sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• At least 1 year of retail experience; 6 months leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of store processes and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to policy.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Communicates priorities to management and Associates.
• Supports Associate training and development.
• Promotes safety, credits, loyalty programs, and shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
