Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.
• Respond well to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.
• Able to multi-task.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Promotes safety and ensures a safe environment.
• Maintains adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
