Job summary

Christian Dior Couture seeks an Operations Associate to maintain store inventory and stock areas, order supplies, and follow strict inventory control procedures. You will handle receiving, packing, pricing changes, and general housekeeping while safeguarding company assets.

The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced boutique. Responsibilities include processing inbound freight, RTVs, and transfers, ensuring proper tagging, and supporting loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle receiving operations effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to move and handle boxes/fixtures; long periods of standing.
• Previous retail stock/shipping/receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory are accurate and efficient.
• Maintain orderly stock/receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed/sensored.
• Process inbound freight, RTVs, chargebacks, transfers, and damages per policy.
• Support compliance with company policies and safekeeping of funds and property.
• Stock should be security-tagged to prevent loss.
• Communicate with central distribution/corporate inventory control.
• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts; assist in floor moves/merchandising/display upkeep.
