Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for our Walnut Creek store. You will join the store leadership team and drive the product strategy through inventory management, back-of-house operations, and guest experience on the floor.

You will lead inventory shifts, supervise daily BOH workflows, assist in hiring decisions, and ensure both floor and back-of-house are well-stocked and organized to deliver a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business tech.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee back-of-house product operations and inventory levels.
• Lead the floor guest experience as Supervisor on Duty.
