Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy across inventory and back‑of‑house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise staff, and ensure the floor and BOH are stocked and organized while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Your role includes participating in hiring decisions, coaching team members, and coordinating with leadership on product focus and pricing. A strong emphasis is placed on inclusivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Experience with inventory management and product/visual merchandising.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others.
• Education: high school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
