Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and guide them through onboarding and self-serve tools.
• Support store operations, onboarding, and asset security as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to drive sales and loyalty.
