T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, explain solutions, and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products while meeting sales and service metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding to help customers self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on store experience, products and processes; review personal results and promotions; onboard customers; perform store operations and asset security.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
• Customer obsessed: connect with customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and exceed customer expectations.
