Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to meet customer needs.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay Customer Ready.
• Build relationships with store leadership and teams to support customer experience.
