Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a high-traffic environment where technology evolves rapidly.

You will educate, demonstrate, or recommend solutions, provide outstanding service, attract referrals, and help customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service/sales in retail preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools, educate customers, and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; share knowledge and support store operations.
• Deliver exceptional service, build rapport, attract potential customers, collect referrals, and drive sales activity.
