Job summary

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile are integral to the Retail Team, engaging customers in a high-traffic environment, explaining products, and using solution-based selling to demonstrate value.

You will complete training on the in-store experience, products, and processes, and work with nearby stores to onboard customers, building relationships and pursuing sales goals while enjoying competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools and solution-based selling to identify needs and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, and processes; onboard customers with nearby stores; manage keys and assets as needed.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
