T-Mobile delivers an energetic in-store experience inside a warehouse/club kiosk, where Mobile Associates educate, demonstrate and recommend solutions to customers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, staying connected to what matters most for customers.

You will learn the store-in-store process, products, and tools, while delivering outstanding service and helping drive sales. A focus on relationship-building and consultative selling is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to learn products, processes and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate on products.
• Demonstrate and recommend solutions, and drive sales activity at the location.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn new skills and processes.
• Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
