T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy and expertise to every customer interaction. You educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while thriving in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment that values outstanding customer experiences.

You will learn the store-in-store process, new products, and systems, then apply skills to attract customers, drive sales, and build lasting relationships with new and existing patrons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating customers and showcasing value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, drive sales activity, collect referrals, and follow up with customers.
