You will complete comprehensive training on products and processes, learn new skills, and participate in store operations. The role emphasizes energy, customer focus, and the ability to drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Support store operations and knowledge sharing with the team.
