T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll complete training on store processes and product knowledge, while delivering exceptional service and building rapport with customers to exceed expectations and foster loyalty.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate customers, and demonstrate store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Provide friendly service, build rapport, attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
