T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and promote membership benefits while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of membership benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers and drive sales activity while following up and collecting referrals.
