T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage a broad customer base, educate on products and services, and help drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will complete extensive training and continuously learn to improve skills, with a focus on customer education, relationship-building, and cross-selling. Eligible benefits include a strong total rewards package and stock-related incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate, demonstrate, and showcase value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Engage customers, attract referrals, and build relationships to drive sales while delivering exceptional service.
