Job summary

T-Mobile USA seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk environment. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding service to keep customers connected to what matters most.

You will train on store processes, gain product knowledge, and work to exceed customer expectations, with pay incentives and stock benefits included in the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 6 months of customer service/sales experience in retail.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a high-traffic environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate customers on products and benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources.
• Build rapport, collect referrals, and drive sales activity while providing exceptional customer service.
