T-Mobile USA seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates for its warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, educate on benefits, and drive sales in a high-traffic environment. Training is provided to master products, processes, and reference resources.

You will build rapport and loyalty through effective communication and customer care. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service/sales in retail.

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience and processes; learn products and reference resources.
• Attract potential customers to drive sales activity and follow up with referrals.
