T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and help customers stay connected while thriving in a high-traffic environment.

You will complete comprehensive training, attract potential customers, and build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes exceptional service, sales activity, and meeting customer needs at a fast pace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of benefits and products.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; follow up, collect referrals, and drive sales activity in the location.
