Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate for its Store-in-Store to energize the retail experience and connect customers with the right wireless solutions. You will engage a broad customer base in a fast-paced environment and educate them on T-Mobile products, aiming for high customer satisfaction and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services, establishing relationships and driving sales.
• Complete in-store training, stay customer-ready with knowledge of promos and hub updates, and coordinate onboarding with nearby store locations; manage store operations and asset security.
• Be customer-obsessed: deliver exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, follow up, capture referrals, and handle Be Back processes; support account setup and device servicing.
