Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Store-in-Store retail team. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on T-Mobile products, and use self-serve tools to demonstrate value.

You’ll build relationships, identify needs, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will receive comprehensive training on products, promotions, and store processes, with opportunities for on-going development and a clear path to higher roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of consultative selling and customer education.
• Comfort with using digital tools and self-serve options.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate benefits.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes and systems; review promotions and HUB updates.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
