Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate. This role operates in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and knowledge to every customer interaction.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while adapting to a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and drive sales. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or retail sales. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting; uses digital tools, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; learns systems and reference resources; participates in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Builds rapport with customers, drives sales activity, follows up with referrals, handles Be Back processes, and develops relationships with new and existing customers.
