Job summary

Night supervision and responsibility for day-to-day store performance are key, with strong emphasis on customer service, safety, and policy adherence across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service within company policy.
• Handle emergencies, complaints, and supervise store personnel.
• Maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee sales floor and replenishment of products.
• Replace stock around checkout displays and keep area clean and safe.
• Assist cashiers with register issues and customer assistance.
• Perform basic office tasks to assist customers and staff.
• Operate cash register and handle payments and change.
• Assist in closing out the day and stock counts as needed.
