You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, development, and operations, ensuring product presentation, risk management, and a supportive culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work legally in the store's country.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store as needed.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor guest experience and product education with the team.
• Support Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintain store operations, scheduling, and stock presentation.
• Monitor budget and labor hours within delegated scope.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
