Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, sales, and people development.

You will manage opening and closing routines, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and drive exceptional customer service while applying brand standards. You will recruit, train, and coach frontline staff, maintain product knowledge and visual merchandising, and analyze performance reports to guide decisions.

• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
