You will drive sales through analytics, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations to uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, supervising sales floor, staffing and payroll, training staff, and maintaining visual displays while protecting assets and handling

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
