Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager to guide daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will open/close, supervise the sales floor, perform staffing and payroll tasks, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will develop staff through training, maintain product knowledge, and execute visual merchandising while aligning with brand values and company culture.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to coach others.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom for excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate Register/ POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
